Our business analysts lead the team in making the journey from understanding the product or service through to having a backlog of stories ready for development. They ensure all communication between business and technical participants in the project is unambiguous and timely. Most of their time will be spent writing stories, working closely with all members of the team to ensure that the stories are optimal.Our technical architects will help determine the technical environment in response to the current and evolving business need. They work with the team to do this, and with the technical community in the wider organisation
Agile Transformation:
Our agile coaches work at the executive, programme or team level. They provide detailed knowledge and experience of Agile to support those who are inexperienced, building agile capability within your organisation. The process is tailored to suit the individual needs of the organisation or team, and the environment in which it is operating. Their time is likely to be spent facilitating workshops, working alongside (‘pairing’ with) individuals on specific tasks, observing, and training. Coach Executives and Senior Managers to lead their business by making smarter decisions using EBMgt and Agility Path. Helping Executives to measure the investment in transformation (agility and scaling), you track the return on your investment (ROI) with enterprise metrics (Agility Index) showing how agile you are. Make decisions based on evidence and results and not gut feel or hearsay from your direct reports. Plan, track and improve your transformation.
Solution Delivery:
Our delivery managers are responsible for making sure that the team is functioning well and that team members are motivated and happy. They take the lead in high-level project planning and scheduling (not detailed task planning), communicating with senior management and project governance authorities with the frequency and formality that they deem necessary. Their time will be split between planning, monitoring and reporting progress and removing blockers.
Quality assurance:
Our quality analysts work with business roles to define test scenarios and test cases for the evolving solution, and with the developers to implement the majority of these as automated tests. They are also responsible for wider aspects of quality across the project as a whole.
Security:
Our security experts will advise the client team on all aspects of security. This will encompass not just the technical solution, but also the business processes. Our security consultants are all CLAS certified.
Development:
We can help stream line your development environment. We can set up continuous integration and code clean up . Our developers can also work with the other roles to iteratively develop and deploy your application. Our developers can work either alone or in pairs and get upto speed fairly quickly. They test their own work and also participate in any quality assurance work to ensure delivered products are fit for purpose.
